Policy
I cover defects if
material and workmanship for 30 days, BUT NOT past the
specific holiday the item was purchased for. DO NOT call if you are
not within these times!
This policy is in
effect because of past unscrupulous customers. This keeps people
from returning it and getting a new one for next year or their money back
after they have enjoyed it for the holiday and don't want it
anymore.
Just 1 Example of what is NOT
covered:
(1 day after the
holiday)-- I went to put it away and I see a hole in it . I have all
kinds of these and no other one came apart. The seam are all coming
apart, I want it replaced or refund. NOT COVERED!
