Terms and Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Yardinflatables.com" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Yardinflatables.com. of OH.

There are NO returns accepted without a return authorization number (RAN)!

If you or the receiver refuses a shipment upon delivery you will be refunded ONLY the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking charge.

You CAN NOT purchase an item to see if you like it, or it fits in a space where you want to display it, etc. etc. . You should try Wal-mart or Kmart if you need this kind of return policy. We do NOT adhear to those policies!!

SHIPPING--
                    GROUND ORDERS are shipped 1-3 days after the order is placed. These orders are not Guaranteed to be delivered on the exact date the tracking information states. There will be NO shipping refunds for that reason.

                     NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY ORDERS are shipped the next business day.
Unless otherwise stated here!

So for example: If you order a NEXT DAY or 2nd day item on Thursday, The item will ship on Friday NOT Thursday. You will receive the item in 1 business day for NEXT DAY (Monday) and 2 Business days (Tuesday) for 2nd day.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE NEVER CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS. NEVER ASSUME ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED ON THOSE DAYS!

Free shipping is only applicable to the Continental US ! If your order is being shipped outside the continental US, (PR and AK), you MUST choose the next shipping option which is 2nd day. This actualy take 3-10 bisiness days since it will most likely be shipped USPS ! You do not have the choice of UPS.

Items are covered for 30 days against manufacturers defect from the DELIVERY date. There are absolutely NO returns after the holiday. So if there is a problem, the defective item MUST be returned before the holiday it is intended for. (Example) Christmas items must be returned BEFORE Christmas, etc.
